Ice Box Key Lime Cheesecake
2 packages cream cheese, softened
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup Terrapin Ridge Key Lime Pie Jelly
1 tsp vanilla extract
With an electric mixer beat the cream cheese until fluffy, continue to mix on low speed while adding sweetened condensed milk a little at a time, when fully mixed add jelly and continue to mix until well blended. Pour into prepared graham cracker crust, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until set, 2 1/2 – 3 hrs.
