Puckerbutt Pepper Co Ed Currie is the founder of the world’s hottest chilli “Carolina Reaper.” Chris and Ed were so excited to work together on this amazing sauce. It’s a must-try for anyone who likes chipotle and can handle a bit of heat!
Ingredients: Crushed tomato (tomato, tomato puree, sea salt and citric acid), Chipotle peppers (smoked Jalapeno peppers, tomato paste, vinegar, sugar, garlic, salt, water and vegetable oil), roasted red peppers (roasted red peppers, water, salt, citric acid), onions, pure cane sugar, distilled vinegar (diluted with water to 10% acidity), Reaper pepper mash (Reaper peppers, vinegar), water, natural smoke flavouring, garlic (garlic, water), salt, smoked paprika, black pepper.
